Role Summary

Based in London Waterloo twice a week, this full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working model and a beneficial package, which includes unlimited annual leave, a healthcare cash plan, a 6% pension contribution, access to therapeutic services post-probation, and a nine-day fortnight schedule. The role: As a Fundraising Operations Officer, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to enhance the effectiveness of CALM's fundraising activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring CRM accuracy, managing financial processing, fulfilling merchandise orders, coordinating events, and providing exceptional supporter care.
Job requirements: You will contribute to CALM's fundraising revenue targets by maintaining high standards in administration and compliance with fundraising practices. This includes data stewardship, supporting financial data queries, and assisting in the planning and delivery of stewardship events. You will also be involved in operational tasks such as managing donor communications, processing donations, and supporting retention and acquisition campaigns.
