Role Summary :
- Lead strategy and operations related to drivers, including driver recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Conduct competitor research and manage driver communications.
- Oversee multiple projects and lead a team of more than 20 individuals.
- Use data-driven insights to improve driver livelihoods.
Role Requirements :
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a Business course from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Operations, with 2 years at managerial level.
- Critical and innovative thinker who is proactive and comfortable in challenging conditions.
- Strong emotional intelligence and fluent in Luganda.

The role: As the Senior Operations Manager based in Kampala, you will lead all strategy and operations related to drivers, including driver recruitment, onboarding, quality and performance, engagement, competitor research, and driver communications. You will manage multiple projects, lead a team of over 20 people, and use data to drive decisions and improve driver livelihoods.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a Business course from a recognised Institution, at least 5 years of experience in Business Operations, with 2 years at a Manager level. You should be comfortable working in challenging conditions, be proactive, innovative, and data-driven. Emotional intelligence, humility, and fluency in Luganda are also required.
