Role Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience leading engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Angular, Python, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, AWS, and SQL is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn or experience with UX design.

The role As a Technical Lead at Urban Jungle, you will play a crucial role by leading groups of engineers and collaborating across the company to ensure continuous development of products that delight our customers. Your responsibilities will include launching new commercial partnerships, enhancing our claims experience, and building a world-class technology platform. You will start by integrating with one of our existing teams to quickly familiarize yourself with our tech stack and begin contributing to significant projects.
Job requirements We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer and proven experience in leading engineering teams. You should be proficient in Front-End Javascript frameworks like Angular, Python, and eager to learn or have experience with Front-End/UX design, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, AWS, and SQL. Your role will involve using your technical expertise to influence key decisions and support the growth of our engineering team.
