WildLand offers a unique career opportunity in Guest Relations, focusing on designing exceptional travel experiences across a curated portfolio of design-led venues in Scotland. As a WildLand Travel Designer, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and supporting our guests and agents from the initial enquiry stage through the itinerary planning process. You will provide a warm and professional service while maximizing revenue flow to support our conservation initiatives.

The Role: Your role will involve working closely with our Regional, Conservation, and Guiding teams to craft seamless and bespoke experiences for our guests, using third-party providers aligned with WildLand's brand ethos when necessary. You will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused with the ability to self-motivate. Key responsibilities include delivering a consistent high performance in the Guest Relations Team, overseeing exclusive hire bookings from enquiry to onsite arrival, and collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences and expectations.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of previous Sales/CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
