What will you be doing?

The Rose & Daisy Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Partnerships Lead to join our team. The Corporate Partnerships Lead will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing relationships with corporate partners to advance our mission and expand our reach. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leveraging partnerships to support families in need and raise awareness about our cause. Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, businesses, and organizations aligned with our mission and values. Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to engage potential partners and deepen existing relationships.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with the executive team to create compelling partnership proposals tailored to the objectives and interests of corporate partners. Present proposals to potential partners and negotiate agreements that mutually benefit both parties.

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring exceptional communication and stewardship. Manage ongoing relationships, fulfill partnership commitments, and provide regular updates on the impact of their support.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Integration: Work closely with internal team, to align partnership activities with organisational goals. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maximize the impact of corporate partnerships and enhance the overall donor experience.

Impact Measurement: Develop and implement mechanisms to measure the impact of corporate partnerships on our programs and services. Collect and analyse data to demonstrate the value of partnerships and inform future strategies.

Networking and Outreach: Represent The Rose & Daisy Foundation at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our network of corporate partners and supporters. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for our mission within the corporate community.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably within the charity sector. Proven track record of successfully cultivating and stewarding corporate partnerships, including securing significant financial support and in-kind donations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to tailor proposals to meet the needs of corporate partners. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies that align with organisational goals. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Passionate about our mission and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of families experiencing loss.
