What will you be doing?
The Corporate Partnership team member will work with the corporate partnership lead and be responsible for maintaining existing partnerships and developing new organisations to work with. You will take a leading role in liaising with partners to develop the connections and the opportunities they present, helping us to develop as an organisation towards reaching our future goals. The role will appeal to candidates who like an intellectual and creative challenge, who identify with causes addressing endometriosis and adenomyosis health care, racial diversity in women's health settings, and as well as promoting kindness. It will require someone who wants to play an active role in major societal and national change. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic team member who is full of ideas and contacts to help us ensure commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners. It is the perfect opportunity for a volunteer who is enthusiastic and enjoys creating new connections and developing corporate partnerships through invitations and communications.

Responsibilities
Take the lead for strategic partnerships & sponsorships. Create and deliver a creative strategy to promote Endometriosis South Coast and raise awareness of its objectives. Maintain a database with existing and new partnerships, especially those working in the field of gynaecological health, and education, and promote endometriosis and adenomyosis awareness. Researching corporates and organisations and providing ideas for developing and increasing partners and connections with organisations who may share our social mission and have a similar purpose Be part of a collaborative team, and effectively position us as a partner of choice for brands that align with our core values. Expand the outreach by promoting Endo South Coast's activities through its partnerships. Be able to identify mutually beneficial partnerships and where we can add value back Maintain regular communication through email with partners, sharing and hearing about their work and impact, and showcasing such on our social media, blog, and newsletter articles to raise awareness of our partnership work.
The volunteer should also have/be:
Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to quickly understand the needs of our team/organization/users Understands the resource constraints of a small organization and is able to work with these. Open to feedback
