What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion in career placements. Build and nurture relationships with corporations committed to recruiting more women in leadership roles. Provide personalized career guidance and support to PWN members, ensuring access to opportunities in diverse industries. Collaborate with HR professionals and industry leaders to create inclusive recruitment practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in diversity and inclusion, preferably in a career placement or HR background. Strong network across various industries and a track record of successful placements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for promoting gender equality and empowering women in their professional journeys.

Working Structure: This is a voluntary role, and you will work closely with the Head of Partnerships within PWN.

HR Background: Preferably, experience in HR or a related field, offering insights into recruitment practices and career development. Advocacy and Passion: Passion for promoting gender equality and empowering women, coupled with advocacy skills. Collaboration: Skills to work closely with the Head of Partnerships and team members within PWN. Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions for inclusivity. Community Engagement: Understanding of fostering a sense of community, creating a supportive environment. Results-Oriented: A mindset to measure the impact of diversity and inclusion strategies for continuous improvement.
