Volunteer Video Editor

What will you be doing?

As a video editor, you will be in control of the final cut of each YouTube video on the channel. This channel will represent our charity, the Afghanistan and Central Asian Association, therefore a high attention to detail, an understanding of how informational content is supposed to flow, and knowledge about Afghanistan and Central Asia is absolutely essential. We are looking for someone who: - Has a passion for informative content - Has an awareness of how a brand’s message can be communicated through media

What are we looking for?

Key skills required: - Video editing skills - Proficiency in major editing softwares (iMovie, Final Cut Pro) - Experience in video-making and media - Proficiency in Farsi

What difference will you make?

As a video editor, you will contribute to a Farsi-language YouTube channel that brings Farsi speakers together from all over the world. You will also be representing an established charity that is dedicated to supporting migrants and refugees from Afghanistan and Central Asia.
