What will you be doing?

This role involves engaging with local stakeholders, organizations, and volunteers to expand BMF's outreach and impact. The Community Engagement and Partnership Specialist will play a significant role in strengthening BMF's presence and creating positive change in the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities: 1. Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between BMF and the local community, including schools, NGOs, government agencies, and other relevant organizations. 2. Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to promote BMF's programs and initiatives. 3. Community Events: Coordinate and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs to raise awareness about BMF's mission. 4. Partnership Development: Identify and explore potential partnerships and collaborations to expand BMF's reach and support network. 5. Volunteer Recruitment: Collaborate with the volunteer management team to recruit and engage volunteers for community engagement activities. 6. Public Relations: Assist in crafting compelling stories and content for press releases, newsletters, and social media to highlight BMF's impact in the community. 7. Feedback and Input: Gather feedback and insights from community members to inform program improvements and initiatives. 8. Advocacy Initiatives: Work with the advocacy team to advocate for policies and changes that positively impact vulnerable children in the community.
