What will you be doing?
Hello! My names Emily and I'm the CEO and founder of Enna. We are a specialist recruitment and training organisation based in London, to help neurodivergent adults find, gain and retain meaningful employment with neurodiversity friendly employers. What are we looking for? We're looking for a sales whizz to help us to develop a sales/business development plan, to help us increase our revenue. Currently, we get a lot of enquiries, however we are struggling to convert them into paying clients. You could help us to:
Reflect on and improve our current sales/business development process Understand what we could be doing at different stages of our pipeline to increase our revenue Understand how we can increase our client loyalty and our CLV Understand what key metrics we can be measuring
What are we looking for?

Experience working in sales and business development (supporting non profits of those with a social mission is a huge plus) Knowledge of sales plans, strategies and metrics Experience of combining commercial and social priorities
