What will you be doing?

To lead the development and delivery of the Events fundraising strategy and the events portfolio. Collaboratively working with colleagues across Fundraising and Communications to lead a schedule of events. Work alongside our youth board to create engaging events for fundraising and income generation.  Maximise net income from Events and existing Events fundraising supporters, and identifying, securing and developing new relationships with potential partners. To develop and implement a marketing and PR strategy for all the Events in the portfolio to maximise ticket sales and income.

What are we looking for?

You will have:

A track record of working in Events. (Charity sector desirable) Highly numerate with demonstrable experience of preparing and managing budgets. Good organisation skills, and competent in the use of Word, Excel and databases. An inspiring leader, who has previous experience of developing the skills and confidence of their team. Highly creative and innovative.  A commitment to supporting young people living with moderate to severe mental illness
