The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our HR processes. This position will be responsible for reviewing HR policies, managing HR documents, and overseeing recruitment activities.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

HR Policy Review and Development:

Review existing HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with current legislation and best practices. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop new HR policies or update existing ones. Maintain a comprehensive policy library and communicate policy changes to employees.

Digitalisation of HR Processes:

Identify opportunities to streamline and digitise HR processes to improve efficiency. Implement digital solutions for HR tasks such as employee onboarding, leave management, and performance evaluations. Train employees on new digital HR tools and processes.

HR Document Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in digital and physical formats. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards. Assist in the creation and management of employee contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.

Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Conduct reference checks and assist in making employment offers. Maintain recruitment records and metrics for reporting purposes.

Working towards a qualification in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience). Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. Strong organisational and digital skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
