What will you be doing?
We are looking for:
A volunteer who would like to be involved with a charity in Zimbabwe, to join our Board of Trustees as Treasurer (specific duties detailed below)
What are we looking for?
We are looking for:
People with interest and/or experience in the charity sector. People ideally with fundraising experience or a passion for fundraising who could share ideas and innovative ways to raise funds and leverage existing/new networks.
Main duties;
Work alongside volunteer bookkeeper to provide quarterly finance updates and projections for the year/s ahead.
• Work with professional auditors yearly to ensure our accounts are audited and submitted to the charity commission. • Liaise quarterly with UK Fundraising Coordinator to ensure you’re aware of fundraising target vs actual raised ahead of Trustee meetings. • Keep on top of UK charity finance law to ensure we are compliant.
