What will you be doing?

Responding to enquiries and connecting them to the Director directly  Work with the wider team whenever required to support any challenging issues or concerns  Following up on client’s business communications, ensuring billing requests are created and actioned to receiving the monies  Invoicing clients, collecting company data and negotiating agreements with internal and external stakeholders Educating clients about company products and services and how to make a purchase Communicating with clients through emails and building positive relationships with them Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding Preparing plans to help streamline and improve business operations such as lessons learnt, improvement plans,  Providing details of relationship runbook for each clients Drive and supervise positive business growth Improve efficiency. Manage business activities Manage general activities related to making products and providing services
