What will you be doing?
Treasure Earth C.I.C is a community interest company and we are looking for an experienced and passionate legal professional to advise us across most aspects of corporate and commercial law, including best practice legal governance, due diligence, commercial sponsorship contracts etc,. This role will suit a highly qualified and experienced legal professional skilled in most aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Key Skills
Good track record working in commercial law roles in the legal or corporate sector Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of legal and commercial requirements and due diligence relating to sponsorship contracts Good knowledge of UK corporate governance
