The role: As a PA/Team Coordinator in our Equity team, you will be part of a new and dynamic group supporting our Equitable Research Practice (ERP) team. This role involves administrative support for 2-3 leadership members, coordinating logistics for team activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the team. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, acting as a contact point for stakeholders, processing invoices, preparing meeting documents, and leading the planning of team meetings and social events.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have significant administrative experience, including managing complex calendars, drafting correspondence, and preparing for meetings. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, are essential. We seek someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various levels of personnel are crucial.
