Role Summary
- You will work within the Discovery Research department's Directed Activity team as a Research Lead in Population Health Research.
- Your duties will include managing strategic projects, leading a team to assess the impacts of the Wellcome-funded portfolio, and identifying new research opportunities.
- Creating and preserving relationships with stakeholders and representing Wellcome at domestic and international forums will also be part of your role.

Additionally, you will build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and represent Wellcome at national and international forums.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have significant experience and knowledge in population health research, demonstrated through previous roles in academic, industrial, funding agency, or charity settings. You should have experience in shaping and delivering research or science-related programs with multidisciplinary teams across various geographies and sectors. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
