Role Summary
- You'll be joining our Climate and Health team as a Research Manager, focusing on the health benefits associated with climate change mitigation.
- This role lies within the Mitigation Team of our Climate and Health Research Programme.
- The goal is to generate impactful health evidence to aid climate mitigation strategies that benefit people and the environment.
Role Requirements
- Experience in climate and/or health research, preferably with expertise in super pollutants.
- You should have a broad research background and experience in academic, industrial, funding agencies, or charity settings.
- Familiarity with universities, funders, and scientific communities and strong communication and project management skills are crucial.

The Role: You will join our Climate and Health team as a Research Manager, focusing on the health co-benefits of climate mitigation, particularly concerning super pollutants like methane, black carbon, and ozone. This position is based within the Mitigation Team of our Climate and Health Research Programme. The team's goal is to produce robust health evidence to support climate mitigation efforts that benefit both people and the planet. We engage in transdisciplinary research that involves scientists, decision-makers, and affected communities.
Job Requirements: We are seeking candidates with experience in climate and/or health research, especially with expertise in super pollutants. You should have a broad research background and experience in academia, industry, funding agencies, or charity settings. Familiarity with universities, funders, and scientific communities is essential. You should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
