Volunteer Corporate Events Advisor

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a volunteer to support our Social Awareness Department in arranging for the Founder, Romilda Dompreh, to deliver Seminars, Lunch and Learns, and Webinars at Companies (Firms, Banks and Businesses). You will be assisting to raise awareness about Human Trafficking, Gender Based Violence and Child Marriage within Corporations. You will:

Work directly with the Social Awareness Manager to develop and implement an effective strategy for organising Corporate Events Attend weekly virtual meetings with the Social Awareness Manager, to discuss and advance the vision of ROMILDAMOR’s Social Awareness Department Liaise with Companies (Firms, Banks and Businesses) to arrange the dates and logistics pertaining to the Founder giving seminars at these Corporations and build good rapport with the Companies Collaborate with the Corporate Partnership Teams to arrange which Companies to collaborate with, and with the Social Media Team to capture content from the seminars.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience working in event planning Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, including teamwork Experience in virtual event planning would be an asset The ability to effectively motivate and manage volunteers
