What will you be doing?

You would be working together with our Founder and our fabulous Senior Prize Awards and Creative teams to advise and lead on the strategy and delivery of our documentary film and broadcast media plan. The aim is to promote the causes and campaigns for our first and flagship Prize Awards for Humanitarian Care with a thematic focus on youth.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional inspired by our causes to assume the oversight and strategic direction of the broadcast media plan across the Prizes and live Awards. This will take the form of a series of powerful and compelling short and long form documentaries that will spearhead our digital, broadcast and social media campaigns to promote the causes they represent to the wider world.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced creative professional with a proven track record who would enjoy working remotely as part of our small but dynamic international team all of whom work remotely too. We will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to plan and lead our documentary filmmaking team in the creation of some compelling broadcast and documentary projects, and to make their own creative mark too.  The skills we are looking for:  Knowledge and Experience of:

Above all we are seeking a talented expert with creative leadership, good judgement and a track record of success, who can channel our broadcast media campaigns via documentary films to cultivate empathy and engagement from well targeted and responsive global audiences.
