What will you be doing?
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and retaining volunteers - Manage and train volunteers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties - Plan and execute fundraising events to support the organization's mission - Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours, activities, and achievements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that volunteer activities align with organizational goals - Develop policies and procedures for volunteer management
What are we looking for?
skills/experience - At least 3 years of experience in volunteer management or related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire volunteers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
