The group administrator provides group support to either the group chair or trustee broad and is vital for the smooth-running of the scout group.

The impact this role has in the group would be assisting in maintaining accurate records for the administration of the Group, including meeting minutes, census details, ownership of property and equipment, insurance and financial information.
