We are looking for someone with proven experience in supporter recruitment & development  We are focused on: Helping street children off the streets, out of danger and protecting their rights. Providing education and skills for independent living for a brighter future. Ensuring that Children’s rights are at the core of our work. All Trustees are expected to assist Compass Children’s Charity to secure a sustainable and diverse funding base for the organisation. The position of a trustee is voluntary but reasonable Trustee-related expenses will be reimbursed by prior approval. Be able to commit 10 hours a month. This year we want to increase our restricted and unrestricted income, raise awareness of street & at risk children. What difference will you make?

As a small charity we work to do an enormous amount with not a lot of money - we do not have large budgets or resources to implement many of our activities. So you would need to be resourceful and pro active to take ownership of the tasks actioned, but you would have the enormous satisfaction of knowing your role was vital  Your contribution and input would make a huge difference to the Charity and our programme partners.
