What will you be doing?

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team, who will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet business goals and user needs. Your expertise in user research, wire-framing, prototyping, and visual design will be essential in driving the success of our products. The Designer will work collaboratively with our team to understand project needs and assist in the designing and editing processes. You should be collaborative, knowledgeable, and reliable. You will assist in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality user experiences. To be a successful UI/UX Designer, you should be adaptable, creative, and receptive to direction. You must be based in Greater London or able to come to our office located in Central London as this is an office-based position.   

What are we looking for?

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies. Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing. Understanding in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.  Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing. Conducting in-depth user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions. Creating high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs. Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides. Leading the end-to-end design process, providing strategic vision and guidance. Defining the overall user experience strategy and design direction for products. Conducting thorough usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate and iterate designs. Establishing and maintaining design systems, design principles, and guidelines for consistency and scalability across products.

Qualifcations/Skills

Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and creative thinking. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Knowledge of design principles, user-centered design, and usability. Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for staying updated on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
