Volunteer Graphic Designers and Production Manager

What will you be doing?

MyHealthnet is a youth sexual health charity.  We have openings for volunteers who can commit a few hours of their time weekly to support MyHealthnet.  We are restructuring, or service and we require the expertise of a creative, motivated, dedicated, and responsible graphic designer and production officer to skilfully upgrade, design and manage publications, service flyers and other stationary production material for publicity and marketing Our Graphic Designers and Production managers, will develop projects in collaboration with teams, using their artistic abilities to communicate MyHealthnet's service aims, educate service users, promote and market services to partners, and solve problems.   With your technical and non-technical skills, you will deliver projects, including updating materials, designing website graphics, and mobile apps UI/UX.  You have experience in production management, and designing for multimedia marketing and can work to a deadline.  You have expertise in developing large images for newspapers and billboards, creating graphic visual concepts and designs by hand and by computer design aids and can interpret projects through designs, and using graphics, colour, texture, images, symbols, and written messages. As MyHealthnet designer production manager, you will be responsible for the design and production of all fundraising materials, presentations for external agencies, marketing materials; maintenance and development of MyHealthnet websites and mobile apps in line with our corporate image.  You will ensure the established identity guidelines are adhered to.   Although you are mostly responsible for the design and production, of marketing projects, campaigns, workshops, broadcasting, competitions, and conference materials including signage, conference guides, outreach activities, audio-visual and slides; you will also assist in using leadership skills for delivering training, advertising, and marketing strategies.   Co-producing online surveys, research, and flyers, disseminating reports, and assisting and presenting statistical findings graphically clearly and accurately. You have proficiency in Graphic design, Illustration, and Photography, with Adobe Creative Suite (CS5), which is essential and Web design (including UX/UI) is desirable, and relevant Microsoft Office 365 design tools.
