What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for compliance and internal standards. You will need to
perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope for our venues monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies educate the committee and volunteers on not only the regulations, but also the impact on the organisation if these aren't complied with investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance highlight or escalate areas of concern contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation review marketing materials, presentations and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
What are we looking for?
Previous compliance experience and knowledge of GDPR is essential. You need to have experience of not for profit organisations. Ealing 135 is a community interest company so knowledge of this type of company would be useful. Also experience working with organisations which deal with children would be ideal.
