What will you be doing?
As am Wellbeing Coach with Shaw Trust, you will provide valuable support to young people aged 16 - 24. (This will be performed in person in one of our borough Hubs in East and South East London or online. Often this involves helping to build a person's confidence and self-esteem. In this role you could support someone with any of the following: - Confidence, motivation, resilience, motivation, managing anxiety
What are we looking for?
You’ll need to bring your experience of the world of work, recruiting people or motivating others to the role. You will also:• Want to help people facing disadvantage work towards achievable goals• Are able to work with groups of vulnerable adults• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Have a professional manner and the ability to work independently• Have patience and excellent listening skills If you are applying to offer coaching sessions to our clients, you'll need to have relevant qualifications and/or experience. Please note if you are working towards a coaching qualification, we are happy to verify the coaching hours you complete with our clients as part of your training.
