Role Summary

Role Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in growth strategy or product management in tech-led sectors
- Leadership and complex project management skills required
- Fluency in both English and French

One Acre Fund, founded in 2006, is dedicated to increasing the productivity of smallholder farmers. We operate in nine countries, serving 5.5 million farmers by providing quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, and modern agronomic training. Our Burundi program, known locally as Tubura, has been growing rapidly since its inception in 2011, now employing over 1,000 staff and serving more than 340,000 farmers across seven provinces.
About the Role: Join our mission-driven team to transform how smallholder farmers access technology. In this leadership position based in Muramvya, you will manage a growing team, deliver digital tools, and lead innovation to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and client experience. You will bridge the gap between field realities and global tech strategies, ensuring solutions are practical, relevant, and future-ready. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, overseeing the lifecycle of key tools like CLIF and Mobile Money, driving digital transformation, ensuring quality and optimization of products, and engaging stakeholders through workshops and feedback sessions.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have 4-5+ years of experience in growth strategy or product management within tech-driven sectors. You should be passionate about innovation, experienced in leading complex projects, and fluent in both English and French.
