The King's Trust is excited to offer the position of Youth Development Lead - Delivery Partnerships, based in London. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with our external delivery partners and volunteers, aiming to connect and support the young people we are dedicated to.
The role: As a Youth Development Lead, you will be responsible for welcoming, training, and managing our delivery partners and volunteers to ensure our young people have an exceptional experience and achieve positive outcomes. Your duties will include traveling within your local area to support and visit programmes, assisting partners and volunteers in bringing our programmes to life, and ensuring compliance with our policies. You will also be responsible for recording information and data meticulously to keep track of each step of our young people's journeys.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a background in education or a strong understanding of the education system. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead sessions and events are essential.
