The role: As a Youth Development Lead - Outreach based in Glasgow, you will be the enthusiastic face and voice of The King's Trust, promoting our impactful work to young people and partners in the local area. Your responsibilities will include planning and attending showcase events, engaging with young people to excite them about our programs, and developing recruitment plans. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and partner organizations to refer eligible young people to our programs.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development and have the ability to create and maintain engagement through various outreach activities. You will need to keep detailed records that align with our funding contracts and reflect accurately in our systems.
