Role Summary
- Play the role of the animated face and voice of The King's Trust, presenting our influential work to young people and partners in your specific area
- Plan and engage in showcasing activities, interact with youth to inspire them about our programs
- Build and cultivate robust relationships with agencies and partner groups

The role: As a Youth Development Lead - Outreach based in London, you will be the enthusiastic face and voice of The King's Trust, promoting our impactful work to young people and partners in your local area. Your responsibilities will include planning and attending showcase events, engaging with young people to excite them about our programs, and developing recruitment plans. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and partner organizations.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development and have the ability to create and maintain engagement through various outreach activities. You will need to keep detailed records that align with our funding contracts and reflect accurately in our systems.
