Volunteer Senior Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist

What will you be doing?

The ideal candidate will be well qualified and comfortable recruiting for our Advisory Board as well as across finance, marketing, media, creative and events.

 We are looking for an exceptional candidate who feels inspired by our vision and mission and associated Prizes and causes. The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional with a proven track record ideally within both the private sector and the not for profit sector, who would enjoy working with a relatively young social enterprise.  Responsibilities

Liaise with Managers on current and future recruitment needs Proactively and effectively source candidates to build effective talent pools across all levels and areas of Treasure earth Work with management to create talent profiles. Proactively identify, screen and search for candidates across various disciplines and job levels, using various platforms Create effective advertising and manage the search and selection process up to and including onboarding.

Skills and Experience 

Previous Recruitment experience at all levels within the private and not for profit sector Excellent qualifications Relevant Recruitment industry Association memberships are a bonus  Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with candidates / colleagues of all levels Ability to provide all onboarding documentation and processes Up to date knowledge of labour / recruitment law Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation Familiarity with social media and other relevant professional networks i.e. LinkedIn Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong decision-making skills

What difference will you make?

Your role will play a significant part in the success of Treasure Earth.  Your ability to search and select the best volunteers will contribute directly to effectiveness of all aspects of Treasure Earth.  This role is mainly online and you can work from any remote location, travel isn't necessary and meetings are conducted online, any external meetings and attendance at the Prize Awards will be fully expensed by Treasure Earth. Your time commitment can be flexible to fit around existing commitments and the company will give you as much support as possible. The successful candidate can advise on additional recruitment team resources where required.
