Role Summary:
- Design and execute B2C campaigns for multiple Busuu brands.
- Develop personalized and automated marketing programs targeting key markets and personas.
- Engage in continuous A/B testing and data analysis for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to innovate and improve strategies.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in CRM with proficiency in platforms like Braze.
- Ability to blend data-driven insights with creative campaign development.
- Skilled in project management with a keen eye for detail.
- Expertise in data analysis using Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau or Amplitude.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit, comfortable working with diverse languages.
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of a second language is advantageous.

The role of a CRM Executive at Busuu involves being responsible for B2C campaigns across the different Busuu brands, supporting the team in running and delivering promotion campaigns across email and mobile channels, developing new personalised and automated marketing programs for our key markets & user personas, continuous A/B testing, analysing campaign results and giving recommendations, weekly reporting and monthly forecasting, and working with relevant creative, technical and marketing teams. You will also propose new initiatives and improvements.
Job requirements include at least 2 years CRM experience, advanced knowledge of a CRM platform (preferably Braze), being data driven but also creative, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, love A/B testing and great at analysing data with Excel and other data visualisation tools (i.e. Tableau, Amplitude), being collaborative across function and teams, comfortable dealing with different languages, and fluency in English and one other language (nice to have).
