Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Experience in managing and driving growth within a global B2B client portfolio in the FMCG sector.
  • A successful track record in client acquisition using various sales strategies.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and international partners.
  • Fluency in German or Dutch is a plus.
  • Ability to commute to either the Amsterdam or London office regularly.

Tony’s Open Chain is an industry-led initiative dedicated to empowering chocolate brands to revolutionize their cocoa supply chains and lead the way in sustainability. We are looking for a new Sales Manager (Acquisition Manager) to join our team based in either our London or Amsterdam office!

The role entails propelling business growth by establishing new international clients and expanding relationships with our current clients, known as mission allies. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the B2B business for one of the most groundbreaking and innovative companies in the chocolate industry. Your focus will be on propelling TOC's growth by cultivating relationships with additional mission allies. Success in this role will be gauged by the achievement of year-on-year growth targets, particularly the increase in bean volumes sourced through TOC.

Job requirements include experience in managing and driving growth with a portfolio of global B2B clients within the FMCG industry, a proven track record of acquiring new clients through different sales strategies, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, international business partners and clients. Bonus points, if you speak fluently either German or Dutch. You can make your way to either our Amsterdam or London office on a weekly basis, we encourage more in-person collaboration and less remote work.
