Role Summary:
- As the Manager Development Lead, you will create and deliver training programs for approximately 400 mid-level managers scattered across Africa.
- You will work under the supervision of the Global L&D Lead and collaborate with associates, specialists, and coordinators.
- Your dedication will directly impact our leadership pipeline and our mission to serve 10 million farmers by 2030.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, talent management or organizational development.
- Proven success in designing and executing scalable manager training programs and use of data to assess and enhance learning results.
- Must possess strong project and program management skills, with experience in mobilizing stakeholders across diverse teams and regions.
