Role Summary:
- As the Manager Development Lead, you will create and deliver training programs for approximately 400 mid-level managers scattered across Africa.
- You will work under the supervision of the Global L&D Lead and collaborate with associates, specialists, and coordinators.
- Your dedication will directly impact our leadership pipeline and our mission to serve 10 million farmers by 2030.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, talent management or organizational development.
- Proven success in designing and executing scalable manager training programs and use of data to assess and enhance learning results.
- Must possess strong project and program management skills, with experience in mobilizing stakeholders across diverse teams and regions.

Job requirements: Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development. You should have a proven track record in designing and delivering scalable manager training programs and using data to evaluate and improve learning outcomes. Strong project and program management skills are essential, along with experience in engaging stakeholders across various teams and geographies.
