Role Summary

Role Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years in sales with at least 5 years in enablement-focused roles.
- Experience as a successful seller and/or leader, preferably in start-up/scale-up environments.
- Expertise in sales tools and methodologies to improve team performance.
- Proven ability to drive enablement initiatives across various regions and markets.
- Strong data and analytics skills to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing a global team.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Global Sales Enablement Director to develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, as a critical contributor to the objectives of our global Go-To-Market team. You will lead & grow our current sales enablement teams and work with our sales leaders to both accelerate the speed at which our new salespeople become productive and build world-class development for our existing sales team. You will work with cross-functional partners (including Learning, Marketing and Prod/Tech) to continue to develop high-quality sales enablement learning paths, collateral and tools to maximise the productivity of our sales team.
Specifically, you will
Work closely with the CRO to develop and execute the next phase of our global sales enablement strategy that aligns with Multiverse’s commercial goals in the UK and US
Create and oversee sales training programmes (e.g. rep onboarding programme), to ensure that sales representatives and sales leaders have the knowledge and skills required to excel at Multiverse.
Work to streamline and enhance the sales process, providing tools and resources that support each stage of the sales cycle.
Working cross-functionally with our Marketing, Learning & Prod/Tech teams, develop and maintain a library of sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials that empower the sales team to be more effective.
Set key metrics to assess the impact of sales enablement efforts on sales performance
Lead and mentor the global sales enablement team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and equipped to deliver effective enablement programmes worldwide.
Support our strategic account & deal planning process
About you
Have 10+ years of experience in sales - 5+ years in enablement-focused roles and 5+ years as a successful individual seller and/or leader, ideally in start-up/scale-up environments
Have a strong knowledge of tools and methodologies to enhance the performance and productivity of the global sales team.
Excel in creating and curating sales collateral, playbooks, training modules, and other resources to support the sales team.
Have a track record of driving sales enablement initiatives across different regions and markets, understanding cultural nuances and local sales practices.
Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programmes and make data-driven improvements.
Can demonstrate proven leadership skills in managing a global sales enablement team, setting clear objectives, and providing coaching and mentorship.
