Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in travel, e-commerce, or media industries (B2C).
  • A proven track record in a senior social media role with notable business growth achievements.

The role As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a lean social team, developing internal talent by working with them to set and implement vision, strategy, and best practices to drive demand generation, growth, engagement, and brand perception across all social platforms. You will also be responsible for overseeing the influencer marketing strategy and execution.

Job requirements You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Media, Entertainment, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. At least 7 years of experience working in the following industries is a plus: travel, ecommerce and media with a B2C scope. Proven experience in a senior social media role, with a track record of developing and executing successful social strategies and obtaining solid business growth.
