Role Summary

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record as an active listener, skilled negotiator, and ROI-driven professional.
  • 5+ years in sales, business development, and account management, preferably in the Travel Industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Force, Tableau, and similar tools.
  • Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.

Go City is looking for a full-time Strategic Accounts Manager, Americas. This is a remote position based on the East Coast, USA. The role reports to the Director of Global Trade, Americas.

The Role: As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, driving revenue growth, and executing strategies to ensure long term success within existing and new Go City business partnerships. You will own the end-to-end financial performance and growth of your Trade Partnerships, including the onboarding, commercial, operational, and technical aspects. You will also monitor and analyze account performances, market dynamics, industry trends, competitive landscape, and partners feedback to scale strategic decision making.

Job Requirements: We are looking for an active listener, skilled negotiator, and ROI driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You should have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development and account management roles, preferably within the Travel Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Force, Tableau and other relevant tools for sales and account management is required. French, German or Spanish languages are a bonus but not a necessity.
