WHAT YOU’LL DO

Braze is looking for a Business Operations Manager to strengthen cross-functional alignment and operational rigor in the office of the CBO. This role is reporting into the Senior Director of Business Practices, and Chief of Staff to the CBO, this role will drive critical strategic initiatives, strengthen operational processes, ensure accountability, and establish effective communication channels.This is an integral role in the Office of the CBO, taking strategic ideas and projects from conception through to execution and impact.

  • Implement business processes and cadences that support execution of both Marketing and GTM initiatives
  • Identify operational gaps, and build a long-term operational scaling strategy
  • Provide operations support by optimizing processes, collaborating with teams, analyzing data, contributing to strategy, monitoring key performance indicators, and addressing specific needs to meet sales targets and ensure organizational success
  • Formalize planning and communication cadence from the top down and socialize new processes to ensure broad adoption
  • Provide end-to-end project management for the delivery of cross-functional initiatives, including stakeholder management, setting and monitoring of project milestones, data collection, and final delivery
  • Create channels for cross-functional knowledge sharing, increasing visibility into CBO initiatives
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to processes and procedures while keeping documentation updated
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization, and focus on achieving results quickly and efficiently

  • An expert at prioritization: Experience (and an enjoyment of!) balancing numerous priorities and demands.
  • Team-oriented: Energized by teamwork and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
  • High-energy with a positive attitude: Motivated to work hard and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operations, program management or project management experience in SaaS highly preferred.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $136,000 and $157,600/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $170,000 and $197,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
