  • Role Summary
    • Head up go-to-market strategies through the Tech & Cloud partner community in Central Europe.
    • Collaborate with regional Leadership, Sales, and Marketing teams to build commercial pipeline and monetize strategic partnerships.
    • Develop and execute revenue-driving programs and evangelize Braze’s value proposition within the partner community.
    • Align with Tech & Cloud partners to accelerate commercial development and achieve pole position within their portfolios.
    • Work on joint strategies including co-selling and net new business sourcing with partners and internal teams.
    • Create specific development plans, onboard new partners, and lead Business Development to drive revenue.
    • Travel within the region for partnership and industry events.
  • Role Requirements
    • Past experience with Partners, Sales, and Business Development teams.
    • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Engagement Sales/Partnerships with proven success in meeting targets.
    • Understanding of the MarTech Ecosystem and strong business acumen.
    • Agile and adaptable to rapidly changing environments and priorities.
    • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on listening and problem resolution.
    • Alignment with Braze's Core Values and the ability to inspire and collaborate with others.

We are looking for a Tech Partnerships Manager to join our EMEA Tech & Cloud Partnerships team and support the EMEA Central region. As part of our Global Commercial Partnerships team you will be responsible for heading up the go-to-market efforts through Braze’s Tech & Cloud partner community in Central Europe. Based in our Berlin office you’ll work in close collaboration with our regional Leadership, Sales and Marketing teams.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about generating commercial pipeline, building and monetising strategic partner relationships and achieving commercial success in collaboration with partners and internal teams. Our preference is for someone that likes building out repeatable and scalable GTM partner programs. We are looking for an individual who is proactively seeking to improve commercial development achievements and partner experiences.

Your responsibility will be to execute revenue-driving programs & initiatives and evangelize Braze’s value proposition within our partner community. Key to this position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including Regional Leadership, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

  • Drive strategic alignment between Braze and Tech & Cloud partners to accelerate commercial development and pole position within their partner portfolio. 
  • Work with Strategic Partners, Sales, Success and Marketing to develop a joint Braze strategy and GTM business plan that includes co-selling and sourcing net new business.
  • Execute GTM plans and create region-specific development plans, driving new partner onboarding and delivering successful outcomes for our customers.
  • Build out program strategy and lead Business Development with partners to ultimately drive revenue impact for the business.
  • Build alignment with regional sales leads and commitment on key partnership goals and strategic initiatives by maintaining access and influence with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Commercial Partnership and Alliances Teams’ to develop co-offerings to further strengthening our position across investment firms portfolio companies
  • Work from our Berlin office and travel within your region to partner and industry events.


  • Experience working with Partners, Sales and Business Development teams to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Engagement Sales/Partnerships with a demonstrated experience in obtaining and overachieving on targets
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of MarTech Ecosystem 
  • Adaptive and agile in a quickly changing environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • You have exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills. Clients have the impression that you listen and understand their problems.
