Role Summary
- Collaborate with the VP of Product to craft and oversee the long-term product roadmap.

The role entails helping us become a product led organisation in a market that is expanding quickly with increased competition, with an emphasis on optimising our charger network. You will work with our VP of Product to plan and define the long term roadmap. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for the charging stations and home battery, considering market needs and aligning with teams across the business. You will also lead, guide & mentor the product owners in your team to ensure they have the necessary support, and are following best practice and consistently looking for ways to improve our processes.
Job requirements include proven experience in product management, for hardware, firmware and cloud software, particularly in the EV charging and home battery space. You should be able to effectively analyse data and communicate the insights to stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with a track record of strategic planning and execution are also required.
