Role Summary
- Create operating procedures for a new production line.
- Update existing operating procedures at the new production site.
- Engage in SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) for efficient changeovers.
- Implement 5S organization projects, including cart organization and floor marking.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and solve production issues.
Role Requirements
- Enrolled student (Bac +3/+5) in food industry-related studies.
- Prior production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of lean management tools is a plus.
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, synthesize, and adapt to various situations.
- Professional level of English is advantageous.
Remuneration and Internship Details
- Monthly gross salary of €1100.
- Optional restaurant tickets at €5.
- Up to 60% reimbursement for transport tickets.
- 6-month internship duration.
- Position based in Cestas, France.

We are currently looking for an Internship Production Engineer for Destination, our company for the transformation, roasting, packaging and distribution of organic and fair trade products (tea, infusion, coffee), and leader of the hot drinks aisle in specialized organic stores.
Your missions in the adventure will include creating operating procedures for our new production line, updating operating procedures on our new production site, participating in a SMED on our new production line, 5S projects (organization of format change carts, floor marking etc.) and setting up RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
You are a student (Bac +3/+5), from a food industry training with ideally a first experience in production. Knowledge of lean management tools is a plus. You are recognized for your writing skills and your interpersonal skills. Rigorous, with a good spirit of synthesis, you know how to organize yourself and adapt to different situations. A professional level of English is a plus for the success of the internship.
