Role Summary

  • Develop and implement tailored activity plans for clients within the Bio/Dietetic/World Cuisine categories.
  • Drive category growth within stores, enhancing the presence and market share of Bjorg & Compagnie products.
  • Conduct regular analyses and recommend strategies to elevate store performance and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to devise and execute business plans, ensuring effective in-store strategies and assortments.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to influence the Group's brand strategy.
  • Provide leadership and engage stakeholders with proactive, influential, and excellent commercial skills.

Role Requirements

We are currently looking for a Retail Marketing Manager - Retail Category Manager GMS H/F on a permanent contract for the Bio/Dietetic/World Cuisine categories. The Retail Category Manager builds, pilots and implements the activity plan adapted to each client for whom he is responsible, in line with Bjorg & Compagnie's strategic priorities on the various category levers and in close collaboration with the key account. He implements the levers to develop the category of his stores, the share of offer and market of Bjorg & Compagnie in the store.

You will be responsible for carrying Bjorg & Compagnie's category vision to your clients and implementing a client relationship that positions us as a preferred expert & partner. You will identify, prioritize & recommend growth levers for categories & brands in the various stores through regular analysis of store performance, levers and the Group in the store, corrective action recommendations, and measurement of your actions.

You will adapt the category & marketing strategy to the store, market it & execute it by preparing store reviews/innovation reviews in particular. You will be the guarantor of the recommendations and implementation of assortments & linear plans as agreed in the store & ensure good communication with the sales force. You will work closely with key accounts to build business plans and maximize actions with stores. You will be the guarantor of the translation of customer issues to internal teams and participate in guiding the Group's brand strategy. You will provide regular reporting to your hierarchy.

You have at least 3 years of experience at headquarters with a marketing and commercial career in the GMS universe. You are familiar with distributor and consumer panels, have a good analytical sense & know how to interpret figures. You have a taste for excellence & challenge, you also have real commercial and relational skills by being a good influencer. You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to engage your stakeholders and to be proactive.
