Role Summary
- Coordinate and maintain the integrity of the company's databases.
- Work collaboratively with French and European teams across various departments.
- Ensure accurate supplier data and price agreements within the ERP system.
- Resolve master data quality issues in conjunction with business teams.
- Contribute to European projects to enhance data reliability and process efficiency.
Role Requirements
- Minimum BAC+2 in Administrative/Commerce/Supplychain or related field.
- Experience in head office functions and data management.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and curious with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, and experience with SAP (MM module).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

The role entails coordinating, monitoring and maintaining the company's databases, in close collaboration with multidisciplinary French and European teams (Master data, Purchasing, Supplychain, Marketing...), and ensuring their integrity. Attached to the Purchasing Support Manager, your missions in the adventure include piloting the database of our ERP, guaranteeing the reliability of price agreements in the system, ensuring the reliability of supplier data in the system, coordinating and collaborating with the business teams to identify, prioritize and resolve master data quality problems, participating in European improvement projects (tools - process) to ensure data reliability.
Job requirements include a minimum of a BAC+2 in the Administrative/Commerce/Supplychain field, you have a first experience in a head office function including data manipulation. Autonomous, rigorous, you are recognized for your attention to detail and your curiosity. You have good interpersonal skills and know how to adapt in a dynamic and developing environment. You have a very good command of office tools and especially Excel. You have already worked on SAP (ideally MM module). You have fluent English.
