Role Summary
- Develop and manage a portfolio of stores to increase turnover in line with our commercial policies.
- Negotiate product listings and optimize store placement.
- Drive sales through promotional operations and secure prime product placement.
- Enhance brand visibility and ensure quality in-store presentations.
- Provide comprehensive reporting to headquarters on market insights and customer feedback.
- Handle business management, including administrative duties and complaint resolution.
- Conduct store surveys using digital tools to gather sector data.
Role Requirements
- Commercial degree (Bac +3/5) with at least 6 months experience in specialized circuits or mass retail.
- Strong sales acumen, advisory skills, and understanding of merchandising fundamentals.
- Proficient in business analysis, management, and demonstrates autonomy and meticulousness.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

The role entails following and developing your portfolio of stores, in order to develop the turnover, within the framework of the commercial policy (annual negotiations: signing of unique conventions), Negotiating the listing of points of sale (DN development, Direct and centralized stores) Optimize and defend the implementation of our products in stores, Sell promotional operations and obtain the best locations (MEA), Maximize brand visibility beyond merchandising (PLV, ILV, Animation,...), Ensure quality reporting to headquarters, by reporting relevant information related to the market, competitors, customers, Ensure business management, administrative follow-up of the sector and manage complaints, Carry out linear surveys via the computer tool in the stores of his sector.
Job requirements include a commercial training Bac +3/5, you have a first experience in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS (Minimum 6 months). You have a strong commercial temperament, a keen sense of advice and you master the basics of merchandising. You have a good capacity for analysis and business management and are also autonomous and rigorous. Finally, you master office tools (Excel and Powerpoint in particular).
