Role Summary
- Define and develop brand strategy and category management within the marketing team.
- Oversee P&L management and strive to meet business objectives.
- Optimize product portfolio and spearhead the launch of new products.
- Analyze investments and sales forecasts, assess ROI, and propose improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commerce, Purchasing, and R&D teams.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers.
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business, University, or Food Engineering with a focus on Marketing.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in consumer marketing.
- Proficiency in consumer insights and innovation strategy implementation.
- Expertise in various marketing mix levers.
- Business acumen, strategic vision, and operational agility.
- Fluency in English is essential.

The role - As a Group Leader, you will be attached to the Marketing Director. Your missions in the adventure will be to define and develop the brand strategy and/or the categories of the pole, being responsible for the management of the P&L and the achievement of objectives, recommend and pilot the optimization of the product portfolio and the launch of new offers (monitoring, analyses & diagnostic of performances, definition & implementation of action plans), monitor and analyze investments, the ROI of actions taken and sales forecasts. Challenge them and propose optimizations, collaborate with all services (Commerce, purchases, R&D) to coordinate operational actions, manage a team of product managers.
Job requirements - You have a higher education degree such as a Bac+5 Business School, University or Food Engineer with a specialization in Marketing. You have a minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in consumer marketing, you master the notions of consumer insight, you have already contributed to the implementation of innovation strategies, and you master the different levers of the PGC marketing mix. You are business and result oriented, you have a strategic vision and operational agility. You speak fluent English.
