- Role Summary:
- Generate new leads and business opportunities in the DACH market.
- Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and establishing meetings via various communication channels.

- Role Requirements:
- Native or fluent German language proficiency.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities. You should be comfortable and effective with prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and setting up meetings over the phone, email or whatever brings you to the target. You will take ownership of building your pipeline and generating opportunities for the Account Executives.
Your responsibilities will include running your outbound prospecting campaigns, following up on various demand generation campaigns run by the marketing team to identify prospects, generating prospects and managing your own pipeline for the DACH market, identifying niches and coming up with ideas for new campaigns, and drawing data-driven conclusions on results and lessons learned.
The ideal candidate should be a German native/fluent speaker with a sales background with at least 1+ years of experience. You should be familiar with using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should also be comfortable with a fast-changing environment and have the courage and creativity to find new ways of generating business.
