Role Summary

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities for the Belgium market.
  • Engage in prospecting, cold calling, and setting up meetings through various communication channels.

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish and English.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

The Role: We are looking for a passionate, self-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Belgium market. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities. You should be comfortable and effective with prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and setting up meetings over the phone, email or whatever brings you to the target. You will take ownership of building your pipeline and generating opportunities for the Account Executives.

Job requirements: You should be a Flemish and English fluent speaker with a sales background and at least 1+ years of experience. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and familiarity with using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is required. You should be ambitious, competitive, and have a leadership potential. You should be comfortable with a fast-changing environment and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
