  • Role Summary
    • Generate new leads and business opportunities.
    • Engage in prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

    • Self-confidence, ambition, and goal-oriented communication.
    • 1+ year of sales experience, including cold calling.
    • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
    • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • Fluency in Dutch and English.

The Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new leads and creating new business opportunities. This includes prospecting via mail and Linkedin, cold calling, qualifying leads and setting up meetings via phone, email or any other means so that your colleague Account Executives and ultimately the entire department can achieve the commercial targets.

Job Requirements The ideal candidate has a lot of self-confidence, is ambitious and goal-oriented in his communication. You should have a sales background with at least 1+ year experience in sales, cold calling or a related field. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. Familiarity with the use of a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is also required. You should be fluent in Dutch and English.
