Role Summary

  • Expand Payhawk's market share in the France region.
  • Directly report to the VP of Sales and strategically coordinate sales operations.
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Manage regional targets and metrics, adapting sales strategies to the French market.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify and implement growth strategies.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of launching and scaling businesses.
  • Expertise in SaaS product sales to midmarket companies using outbound methods.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP ecosystems is a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in France without visa sponsorship.

As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for expanding our Market share in the France region. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and work effectively and efficiently to set the strategy, recruit, enable the team, prioritise key targets, work closely with the Regional Marketing Directors and drive successful outcomes. You will be leading all aspects of the business in your region, including recruiting and building a high-performing team, owning the country targets and metrics, tailoring the sales playbook to the French market, and exploring alternative growth strategies with the marketing team.

We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of proven experience in a similar role, with success in launching and scaling a business in a new and competitive territory. Experience selling SaaS products to midmarket companies in an outbound motion is required. Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Kaspr and the ecosystems of Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is considered a plus.
